Candidate agreement

You accept this agreement and honour code each time you start an attempt.

Draft. This document has not yet been reviewed by our lawyers and may change before the exam opens.

You accept this agreement before every exam attempt. Read it each time. It is part of the Terms of use and the Candidate handbook.

I agree that

  1. I am the person named in this account. I am 18 or over. The name in my profile is my own.
  2. I will do my own work. I will answer every question myself, from my own knowledge.
  3. I will not get help. No one will help me, sit with me, or answer for me during this attempt. I will not contact anyone about the exam during the attempt.
  4. I will not use AI tools. I will not use chatbots, AI assistants, AI browser extensions or any other AI tool during this attempt.
  5. I will not use other aids. I will not use notes, course material, books, websites or search engines. I may use a handheld calculator, the exam screen's calculator if there is one, and blank paper for working.
  6. I will not record the exam. I will not take screenshots, photos, video or screen recordings. I will not copy or write down any question or answer.
  7. I will keep the exam confidential. I will not share, post, sell or discuss any question or answer with anyone, now or later. This includes describing questions from memory.
  8. I understand what is logged. During the attempt, EqasOnline records focus loss, copy and paste events, IP addresses and browser changes, as the handbook explains. A person reviews any attempt that is flagged.

If I break this agreement

I understand that if EqasOnline finds I broke this agreement, it will:

  • void this attempt,
  • revoke any credential I hold, and
  • bar me from new attempts for 12 months.

I can respond before any decision and appeal it afterwards, as the handbook explains.

Before you start

  • This attempt counts toward the retake limits, even if you leave it or the time runs out.
  • The 60-minute timer starts as soon as you select Start. It does not stop.
