Help, appeals and requests

Use this form for anything that needs a decision from us. Each request gets a reference and is handled by a person, not automatically. The candidate handbook explains timelines and how appeals are decided.

For a name change, give the name exactly as it should appear. For an appeal, say what you think went wrong. Do not include any exam questions.
